Problem - Green Turtle

VirtualBox has sometimes the problem of being slow, or even very slow. this is shown with the symbol of a Green Turtle.

Solution

Under Windows Settings open the Device Security panel and disable the Core Isolation. Afterwards your computer needs a reboot.
